The Community Music School of the Piedmont has been dedicated to providing high quality music instruction
and performance opportunities for all members of our Piedmont community since 1994.
CMSP offers a wide range of group classes, ensemble programs, individual instruction, and music therapy. A
variety of scholarship opportunities are available to qualified students.
The school, an independent, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, is a member of the National Guild for
Community Arts Education.
We are headquartered in Upperville, Virginia, with satellite locations in Aldie, Ashburn, Leesburg, Middleburg,
Purcellville and The Plains.
