Mark Edwards has been hailed by the Montgomery Advertiser as a player who “transfers to
another zone, effortlessly strumming, plucking and picking a variety of classical masterpieces
with clarity.” He has earned 28 performance prizes in the U.S. and Canada, including the 2009
Montreal International Guitar Competition and the 2008 National Guitar Workshop/National D’

A versatile musician, Dave DeDionisio is known for his adventurous programming and diverse taste;
genre blending and modern repertoire are a distinctive facet of his progressive performance style. He
has been a frequent participant in the National Guitar Workshop and semi-finalist in the National Guitar
Competition, and is currently pursuing his Master of Music/Pedagogy degree at the Peabody Institute.
Todd Holcomb is a rising force in the current classical guitar landscape. He actively performs in the
mid-Atlantic as both a soloist and as a member of The Visione Trio, who were finalists at the 2009
J. C. Arriaga Chamber Music Competition. This fall he will begin an artist diploma at the Schwob
School of Music at Columbus State University, where he is the recipient of a graduate assistantship
and a full scholarship.
A dedicated new voice in the contemporary music world, ChromaDuo (pictured above) is vigorously developing and presenting
some of today's most evocative, lyrical, and exhilarating music.  With two classical guitars,
Tracy Anne Smith and Rob
MacDonald
unveil refreshing and innovative programs of new works by some of the most exciting composers of our time. they
continue their search for pioneering new voices to expand and enrich the repertoire for two guitars. Alongside these creations,
their concert programs feature standout works from the late 20th and early 21st centuries.

How do I register?

Is it OK if I can only come for one or two days?
Absolutely. The clinics are designed to accommodate those who will be there for the full weekend or those who will only be
attending part of the workshop. You are welcome to observe any and all masterclasses, however you will only perform in one
masterclass.

How should I prepare for the masterclass?
Please be ready to play one or two pieces.

What about dinner?
Dinner is provided to workshop participants before the concerts. If you have any specific dietary/allergy concerns please let us
know on the registration form.

How much are concert tickets, and how do I buy them?
Admission to all concerts is included for participants in the registration fee. Concert tickets may be purchased in advance or at
the door. The student recital is free and open to all.
