Upperville Horse Show
Under the direction of CMSP's Cora Lee Khambatta, students from Middleburg Community Charter School sang the National Anthem kicking off the 2016 Upperville Colt and Horse Show Jumper Classic. We are thrilled with their wonderful performance which culminated another successful year of collaboration between CMSP and MCCS.
Special thanks to Barbara Roux, Barbara Sharp and the Upperville Colt and Horse Show committee for this special invitation which we hope will become an annual event!
Strings Day 2016
April 16 was another great Strings Day!
Marked by a high-scoring cellos vs. violins & violas soccer match
that ended in a 7-7 tie.
The closing concert included a performance

A Springtime Serenade Concert
On Saturday, April 9, the Temple Trio delighted a packed house for our inaugural joint venture with Buchanan Hall. Comprised of Elizabeth Temple (piano), Frances Averitt (flute), and Camilo Perez-Mejia (cello), the Temple Trio presented a varied program of spring-themed pieces. A highlight of the afternoon were commentaries by composer, William Averitt, some of whose works were performed.
We look forward to future collaborations with Buchanan Hall!
